About ArchiPrints Custom Artwork.

All ArchiPrints custom products are individually printed on acid-free and lignen-free archival paper using the highest quality pigments available. Our advanced giclée printing process provides incredible detail in your artwork that will last a lifetime. With proper care and conditions, your ArchiPrints artwork will over 100 years. Prints and reproductions of many ArchiPrints drawings are also available through some of our suppliers on note cards, stationary, custom Avery binders, calendars and other products. These items are available with a variety of print options and price points. Please read the details of the individual item to learn about the printing process and techniques used. These reproductions can often be purchased at a lower price than our custom prints, but will not be hand signed by our artists.

Guarantee.

We provide a proof process to ensure that all of our customers are thrilled with the final product. Because of the unique, personalized nature of our products, purchases of original custom ArchiPrints work cannot be refunded. If a print or frame is damaged in shipment, please return it to us and we will promptly replace your ArchiPrints unique artwork free of charge. Reprints and reproductions available through our third-party suppliers always come with a 30-day money back guarantee (even when customized).

Please understand that each ArchiPrints custom piece of artwork is crafted by an artist. The process takes time and is a labor of love for our staff. If you change your mind, please contact us instantly so we can cancel your order and work on someone else's artwork. Once the product is complete and has been delivered to your door, wanting a refund due to separations or divorce is not an acceptable reason for return or reimbursement.

Because our products are a labor of love and individually created for each customer, we can not accept rush orders for any reason. It would not be fair to our other customers to rush your order, and we don't want to do anything that might compromise the quality and attention to detail given to every product that bears the ArchiPrints name. Our process takes time, but we are certain you will appreciate that time and craftsmanship once you receive your custom ArchiPrints order.

Custom ArchiPrints Workflow and Order Process.

Once we receive your order and building photo, we save a place in line for the production of your ArchiPrints artwork. Your artwork will be scheduled promptly and within 1-3 business days we will review your order information and the submitted photographs. If we have any questions about your order at that time, or feel like we need additional information or photos, we will contact you. If we don't hear back from you promptly, we will move on to the next order and then resume working on your personal ArchiPrints project once we have the necessary information from you to continue. Once your ArchiPrints work has been completed by our artist, we will send you a proof via either e-mail or postal mail (depending on your request at order submission). We will wait for your approval of the proof before printing your final artwork. Once your proof is approved, you can expect final production of your artwork to start within 48 hours and ship promptly after that.

Custom ArchiPrints Production Time, From Order to Delivery.

Our usual turn around time from the time you place your final artwork is shipped is three weeks. Please add an additional week for transit time from our office to your home. While we don't accept rush orders for any reason, we do try to work with your delivery schedule if you order a minimum of three weeks in advance.
